Locate the data transfer port, usually positioned near the control panel.
If the keypad is locked, unlock it according to the device instructions (such as pressing and holding a specific button or a combination of buttons).
Connect the external storage device to the refrigerator’s data transfer port.
In many models, copying the temperature data starts automatically after connecting the storage device, with an indicator appearing on the display screen to show that the transfer process has begun.
