Warranty policy

Spama provides products with warranties offered by the manufacturers or authorized distributors.
If Spama is the warrantor, the customer has the right to request warranty services within the announced period and under the stated conditions.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
Consumable parts that wear out due to normal use are excluded from the warranty, unless the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
