Warranty policy
- Spama provides products with warranties offered by the manufacturers or authorized distributors.
- If Spama is the warrantor, the customer has the right to request warranty services within the announced period and under the stated conditions.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
- Consumable parts that wear out due to normal use are excluded from the warranty, unless the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
