Third: the legal nature of the agreement

(6) Amendments to this Agreement shall have the same provision and legal effect as this Agreement.
Fourth: approval and legal capacity
You acknowledge that you have the necessary legal capacity to enter into and agree to this Agreement, and that you have full, unrestricted legal powers under the following conditions:
(1) The capacity and consent of a natural person

Ninth: Content Policy
(1) The store retains ownership of the product content and all images and visual files, and enjoys the rights to publish them at any time.
(2) The user acknowledges that he has the full right to publish the content through the store, and that this content does not violate any of the rights of others.
(3) Users bear all legal responsibilities, in case they violate any personal property rights or intellectual property rights on any of the content that they publish through the store.

Tenth: duties and taxes

Fourteenth: legal liability

(4) The customer is responsible under this agreement and according to the law, and he is obligated to indemnify us in the event that he submits fake or not serious purchase orders or whose purpose is to annoy us or waste our time, and he is also legally responsible before the shipping companies in this case.
(5) If you violate this agreement, the "SPAMA" store reserves the right to ask you for any amounts owed by you, and to demand compensation for any losses or damages you have caused, and the store has the right to take legal measures, or resort to the competent courts to file civil or criminal lawsuits against you. .
(6) The "SPAMA" store does not guarantee that measures will be taken against all violations that may occur to this use agreement, and our failure to take legal action in any of the violation cases does not mean a waiver of our right to take these measures at any time we see appropriate.
Fifteenth: the limits of our responsibility

(1) The Arabic text of this agreement is the approved text for the purposes of interpretation and application of its terms and conditions.
